Present Day: The small town of Chiteau, Alaska houses only about 4,000 people. Among these four thousand people exist something unknown to humans, well most of them. They are from the old legend and called Shifters. These people have the ability to change into almost any animal they like. But usually they only change into one, their favorite. More of these people exist then you would think. Some stay in the constant state of animal. With each breed of animal, comes a certain power. In some people it is stronger, depending on their age. But each person must keep themselves a secret, or there is the chance that scientists will capture them for testing. Can you keep your secret?
Weather
The air is cool and crisp and flowers, however, are starting to grow, and their petals freeze as uncalled snow falls on the ground. The snows are gradually happening less and less. Some trees still haven't gotten any buds, but some, on the other hand, are flowering masses. The dried grass is beginning to turn the most vibrant green. There are some warm days that remind you that summer is only a short way away.

Chiteau
Jinto's Pub Here is the center of life for the town. A lot of people just come here on Friday nights to talk and hang out. You can get a job here, some foods are served, but its mostly just alcohol and coffee. There is a TV up on the wall and chairs all around. There is a nice, warm fireplace inside too.

Hunter's Lodge Here is where the hunters come to hang out and talk after a day of hunting. They swap stories and stuff.

The Park Here is the Park. There is a small playground for kids to play on. There are hiking trails where you can hike or set up camp.
Echo Stables These are the horseback riding stables. You can come here to ride a horse for a day or two and take them out on the trails. Also, if you have a horse, you can board it here and come to ride for free. Jobs are available here.

The Wilderness
Timber Forest Here is a large forest that houses many pine trees. Wolves are seen heavily around this area, along with moose, bears, and breeds of mountain goat. The occasional mountain lion is seen around here too.

Mountains Here are the mountains. Some areas are just covered in pine and other areas are snow covered and empty.

The River Here is the River. There are rapids for white water rafting, waterfalls, and there are the still, quiet areas of the river.

Taani Lake Taani Lake is a gigantic lake! It is the perfect place to set up and camp.

Caves Outside of Chiteau, there are sets of caves that go deep underground, winding their way down into the earth. The inside is beautiful, and there is an underground river if you get back far enough.

Aurora Hills When the Northern Lights come, the town swarms this area, because this is one of the best places to see them. Everyone comes up to these hills and sets up tents and campsites. It is the best place that you could ever see the Northern Lights. Don't miss out!
